"When we first nominated Jada as a candidate for the NCEA Young Alumni honor, we were in awe of what she had accomplished in such a short amount of time away from TCU," said the Horned Frog Equestrian staff. "With an additional 4 years of experience, Jada has become an absolute force in the health and wellness market. I appreciate the opportunity to share a bit more about Jada and her journey to this nomination. As a member of the TCU Equestrian team and the TCU Athletics Family, Jada has always stood out as an incredible teammate. She embraced the sense of team before self as soon as she stepped on to campus the fall of 2015. While Jada was not a frequent member of the starting line up, she was incredibly instrumental in the success of the program. She was a leader in the equestrian locker room as well as within the larger TCU Athletics organization. Jada’s commitment to her team and her institution did not go unnoticed as she was elected as president of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee as a junior. She was also honored by the NCEA as the inaugural Stand Out Student-Athlete of the Month. Jada’s academic achievements along with her professional drive pushed her to apply for the prestigious “Nike Internship” and she was ultimately hired on by Nike. This experience launched Jada into her current role working for Outdoor Voices, an athletic apparel company that designs and sells technical apparel designed to get people comfortable exercising and feeling confident while sweating. Outdoor Voices was recognized by ‘Business Insider’ as a top 10 fashion and beauty ambassador program in 2020. As a member of the team that works with influencers, Jada partnered Outdoor Voices with an influencer that came out of the TCU Athletics Family. After her incredibly successful time with Outdoor Voices, she decided to open her own marketing consultancy group which then led to her transition to the consumer packaged goods space where she is working with Tandy Co, LLC. Her efforts over the past year have yielded incredible results for this company and have positioned them with some of the top in person and eCommerce retail spaces in the country. Her commitment to excellence has never waivered and she brings this passion to every group she works with. She continues to stay connected to her team and teammates with frequent visits to support teammates as well as the Equestrian team. This past spring she was supporting the NCEA/Big 12 as a scribe for the Big 12 Championships. Jada has truly stepped in to the Distinguished Alumni spotlight and has continued to impress us all over the past 6 years. She is an outstanding woman who demonstrates daily the qualities and values we all hope to see in our alumni – resilience, passion, commitment, and grit. Jada is an outstanding candidate and we are grateful for the opportunity to nominate her for this honor."

Jada was selected to the prestigious “Nike Internship” the summer prior to her senior year. As a Digital Marketing Intern she was based in Chicago and supported her team in developing strategy and executing digital activations, developed and managed content for Nike’s social media channels, arranged product and production services for photo shoots, as well as a variety of other tasks assigned to her.

This internship paved the way for additional work with Nike throughout her senior year where she collaborated with Nike and Tara Wilson Agency in Dallas to develop the social strategy and content for the Nike Dallas and Nike Dallas Cowboy channels as they launched the NikeWomen “X” Dallas Cowboys project.
Athletic Success

Jada was a 4 year letter winner at TCU. She was also a member of the TCU Equestrian team that finished as the Reserve National Champions in 2016.

She was also a captain of the equestrian team in the 2018-2019 season.

Jada competed each year she was on the team with notable wins coming against WTAMU her senior year earning a win and a Most Outstanding Performer honor.
Service

While at TCU, Jada completed over 50 hours of community service. She also served on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) as a representative and then was elected president for the 2017-2018 academic year.

As an alumni, Jada has stayed connected to TCU and the NCEA. In 2020, she hosted a viral graduation event for 500 university students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jada is an active TCU Equestrian alumni and member of the TCU Frog Club. In March 2025, Jada served as a scribe for the Big 12 Championships, demonstrating her commitment and appreciation for the NCEA and collegiate equestrians.

Outside of her employment responsibilities, Jada serves the Austin community in a variety of ways. She is a foster program volunteer for Austin Pets Alive and she most recently completed the NYC Marathon with the New Balance and all female run club that she is a pacer for.
Post-Graduate Success

Upon graduating in 2019, Jada accepted a position with Outdoor Voices as an Influencer Marketing Coordinator. In this role, she was responsible for the monitoring, organizing and tracking of influencer social performance and content through social software tools. She was also tasked with creating and managing a database of influencer network inclusive talent and campaign details, performance and output. Jada was then promoted to a Influencer & Ambassador Marketing Specialist where she was tasked with additional responsibilities within the Outdoor Voices organization. Additional projects included onboarding, executing and managing over 300 relationships with influencers and ambassadors, assisting in driving strategy and innovation within the program while engaging the community. She was also responsible for the selection, onboarding, execution and relationship management of new college ambassadors by creating and maintaining an active pipeline of candidates. One of these new influencers came from the TCU Equestrian Family. Jada was promoted twice more and finished her time at Outdoor Voices as the Senior Brand Manager. Throughout her time at Outdoor Voices, Jada had scaled a 500+ influencer and brand ambassador network across the active lifestyle and recreational fitness community, developing 3x ROI through integrated paid, affiliate, and organic campaigns that blended performance and storytelling. She also led and developed brand marketing team, setting strategic priorities and overseeing execution across influencer, ambassador, affiliate, PR, social and experiential programs to drive growth. She owned the end to end go to market strategy across digital, retail and experiential channels, launching new categories, seasonal collections and brand partnerships that increased engagement and conversion.

In 2022, Jada founded her own Marketing Consultancy Group, Jada Taylor, LLC. This boutique marketing consultant serves clients across CPG, wellness, and apparel brands—driving brand visibility, engagement, and sales growth through integrated digital strategy. She also designs and executes customized campaigns for clients across brand, influencer, affiliate and social media platforms, leveraging analytics to optimize performance and return on investment. Her clients are wide ranging, but her primary focus has been in the consumer packaged goods (food/bev/etc), wellness and apparel markets.

Jada currently holds the position of Senior Marketing Manager at Tandy, LLC, a health/exercise snack company (Consumer Packaged Goods), where she is responsible for defining and evolving Tandy’s brand voice, visual identity and content direction across all social, retail, paid media and experiential touchpoints across the country. She has produced the 12 month brand and marketing calendar and is responsible for the product launches, retail programs with Target and Costco, eCommerce with Amazon and national partnerships to drive a sustained brand growth and velocity. She also oversees the influencer and partnership strategy. Her efforts have currently seen 34.6M impressions and 1.4M engagements across Millennial and Gen Z audiences. These numbers are impressive considering that Jada has only been with the company for just over 1 year.
