WACO, Texas – The National Collegiate Equestrian Association is introducing a series of personal stories written by NCEA student-athletes called "Straight from the Rider's Mouth".
"Straight from the Rider's Mouth" gives NCEA student-athletes the opportunity to share their personal perspective and story through the NCEA's channels. These special features will be posted on CollegiateEquestrian.com and the NCEA's social media platforms.
Student-athletes are invited to share their backgrounds, how they began riding, challenges they have overcome, why they chose to ride with the NCEA, how their collegiate equestrian experience has shaped them and more.
The first installment comes from Sweet Briar's Naomi Dachis, a senior business major. Her story, to be published on Wednesday, December 10, is called "Rise After Falling."
If you are an NCEA student-athlete and want the chance to tell your story, email Communications@CollegiateEquestrian.com.
