Boenig has been a part of the Georgia Equestrian team since its inception, starting with the Bulldogs in 2001 as the inaugural head coach. She has taken her program to incredible heights, including seven national championship titles, six Southern Equestrian Championships, three SEC titles and coached 93 All-Americans, 21 SEC Riders of the Year and 118 All-SEC riders. Boenig has had nine NCEA Distinguished Alumni under her tutelage and two NCAA Woman of the Year finalists. A five-time Coach of the Year across the NCEA and SEC, Boenig continues to serve the sport of collegiate equestrian in immeasurable ways.
