National Collegiate Equestrian Association

Leman Wall is being inducted into the Hall of Fame as a Special Contributor for his work while being a part of the American Quarter Horse Association. Wall was instrumental in the development of the NCEA from the start, serving as a liaison to the sport from inside the AQHA. He was vital in the organization of the newly-developed NCEA at the time, and was very involved in the Board of Directors. He encouraged the development and crafting of a mission statement and strategic plan, while helping to make the national championship an experience for all involved. Wall went above and beyond with his collaboration with the NCEA, and established great connections with folks across the country to put our foot in doors. Wall secured key financial support from the AQHA and advocated for the sport of collegiate equestrian in key rooms, being a vital player in the success of the initial growth of the NCEA.
